EAMT 2026 — fees, deadlines, and practical details
EAMT 2026 will be in-person — no hybrid or online options available.
The conference fee covers the following:
- Participation in the main conference
- The Conference Dinner at MOOD (17/06/2026)
- Lunches and coffee breaks for the main conference
- Welcome reception (15/06/2026)
Workshops and tutorials (15 June 2026)
This year, workshops and tutorials co-located with the EAMT 2026 main conference have their own fee. The fee depends on which event or events you wish to attend — half a day or full-day events.
The full-day workshop / tutorial fee covers:
- Participation in one workshop or in two tutorials
- Lunches and coffee breaks on the day of the event (15/06/2026)
- Welcome reception (15/06/2026)
The half-day fee includes:
- Participation in one tutorial
- Coffee break on the day of the event (15/06/2026)
- Welcome reception (15/06/2026)
Fees
Early bird rates apply through 19 May 2026 (end of day). Regular rates apply from 20 May 2026.

- Tutorial 1 — Free NMT + LLMs in CAT Tools (MTUOC): €100
- Tutorial 2 — Human Evaluation of Translation/Multilingual Tasks: €100
- Tutorial 3 — Translation Evaluation Tools (Hands-on): €100

Workshops

Main conference — student rates
- Early bird: member €200, non-member €250

Author registration
At least one author of each paper accepted to appear in the proceedings of the main conference needs to register at the standard rate (i.e. not as a student) by 19 May 2026. Authors of workshop papers need to register by the early bird deadline — 22 May 2026.
EAMT membership (including AMTA and AAMT)
In order to use the discounted EAMT membership rate, participants need to have renewed their membership or become new members in 2026. For membership opportunities, please check the EAMT website.
Members of the other regional associations of the IAMT (AMTA and AAMT) are also eligible for this discount.
Visas
If you need a visa to travel to the UK and would like a letter to support your application, please contact eamt2026@tilburguniversity.edu after registering with the following information:
- Email subject: EAMT2026 Request for Visa Support Letter: <<YOUR_REGISTRATION_NUMBER>>
- In the body of the e-mail: your name (as it appears in your passport), passport number, address, and affiliation/place of work
If you are presenting a paper at the conference (or at the workshops), please add the paper title.

Student registration
To qualify for the student rate, a person must be taking a full-time program of an undergraduate, master’s or PhD-level course at a Higher Education Institution.
