Welcome reception

The welcome reception takes place on 15 June in the foyer of the MindLabs building (the workshop and tutorial venue) at Locomotiefboulevard 101, 5041 SE Tilburg. The start time is 17:30 and the end time is 20:00.
Kick off EAMT 2026 with fellow attendees at the welcome reception. One ticket per registered participant is included in your conference or full-day workshop/tutorial fee. Extra companion tickets for guests are available during registration (see below).
Dinner — MOOD
17 June 2026 · 18:30–22:00 · Included with main conference registration
The gala dinner takes place on 17 June. The start time is 18:30 and the end time is around 22:00.
Join us for a relaxed evening at MOOD, a modern and trendy Asian fusion restaurant in the heart of Tilburg. The dinner will feature a variety of dishes in a shared dining concept. One ticket per registered main-conference participant is included.

Optional evening events
16 June 2026 · 19:30–22:00
The optional social events take place on the first day of the main conference, 16 June. Both Arcade Night and Beer Tasting commence at 19:30 and end around 22:00. Arcade Night takes place at The Gaming Factory; Beer Tasting takes place at LOC Brewery.
